Prayer Letter
December 4th, 2006
Dear Praying Friends,
Greetings, Thank God for His blessings on our ministry. Since our last letter, we have been in several states and have had a chance to preach in many churches. We have preached in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky and Florida. The Lord has also blessed us with all the provisions needed during our first 6 months full time in our ministry which we started 4 years ago! Thanks to all those who read this who may have had a part in helping us along the way.
Most recently I was able to give a testimony at an area youth conference in South Boardman, MI. This was especially a blessing since I too was a teen in this church 15 years ago. The Lord has really used my situation in a wheel chair to be an encouragement to others to keep going on for God. In November while preaching a revival at Volina Baptist Church in Marcellus MI, a boy named Michael was saved after I preached a message called, "Escaping the Fire". Also recently while in Bradford PA a man was saved after a week of meetings at Bradford Baptist Church. We have endeavored to be a blessing and to leave something behind at every church we have been to. Thank God for answered prayer in each place we have been.
During the late summer a friend of mine saw an electric scooter/wheelchair for sale at a garage sale and contacted my pastor Dr. Mike Allison about the church helping them purchase it for me. They then bought it and surprised me with the new chair. The church took up 3-4 times the amount need for the chair and gave us the rest. Our church family at Madison Baptist Church has been a great blessing to us this year! Praise the Lord!
This year I have been impressed by the fact that we serve an almighty God that can do anything! We look forward to what God is going to do in 2007! Please pray for meetings, Gods power, a trailer with a wheel chair lift and/or van with lift. We also ask that you would pray that many souls would be saved and lives changed through our evangelistic ministry in the months to come.
